The first time we saw the White Sands in New Mexico was when Ash and I were young and without a kid. We stopped here on a road trip to Austin, Texas and were completely blown away by the simple and beautiful landscape. Some of our favorite places we’ve revisited after having our daughter, Emmy, seeing it with the new eyes of a young family. This place was no exception. New Mexico in general is a pretty weird and magical place, and we’re hoping to be back here soon.
